Before you reserve
Booking & pricing
How far in advance should we book?
Popular Saturdays, wedding dates, school-event weekends, and holiday dates can fill quickly. Reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed gives you the best chance of securing your preferred package. We will always confirm current availability before you book.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Wedding, Party, Corporate, and Glam Booth experiences have a three-hour minimum. Digital Drop-Off and Selfie Booth experiences are four-hour flat-rate packages. Off the Grid timing is planned around the location and quoted for your event. Additional hours are available by quote.
How do we reserve our event date?
Choose an experience and send a Check My Date inquiry with your event details. We confirm availability and provide a proposal covering the package, venue logistics, travel, taxes, and any custom production before the date is reserved.
What information should we include when requesting a quote?
Please share the event date, venue address or city, coverage hours, event type, guest count, printing needs, and any features you are considering. Photos of the setup area or venue rules are also helpful when access, elevators, loading, or limited space may affect the plan.
Make it yours
Your photo booth experience
Can the booth match our theme, wedding, or brand?
Absolutely. Depending on your package, we can personalize the start screen, photo overlay, colors, names, date, message, print format, backdrop, props, and other guest-facing details. Corporate experiences can also include brand-forward designs. You will receive proofs for included custom visuals before the event.
What is a photo overlay or template?
A photo overlay is the designed frame placed around each captured image or print. It can include your names, event date, colors, logo, theme, or a short message. We create the design and send a proof for your approval before the event.
Can guests share photos instantly?
Yes, when venue connectivity is available. Our digital experiences support sharing so guests can send eligible captures to their phones during the event. The Off the Grid Experience captures without internet and delivers the gallery after the booth reconnects.
Do you offer physical prints?
Yes. Wedding and Party packages include either 300 print sheets or unlimited event prints by level. Every Corporate package includes unlimited prints, and the Glam Booth includes premium matte prints. Digital Drop-Off and Selfie Booth packages are digital-only and do not include prints. Off the Grid print options are confirmed in the custom proposal.
What is roaming photo booth mode?
Roaming mode brings the camera experience directly to your guests instead of keeping every photo at one fixed booth. It is especially fun during cocktail hour, on the dance floor, at large receptions, or anywhere you want more candid interaction.
Can the booth create GIFs, Boomerangs, or video messages?
Yes, these experiences are available with select packages. Feature availability depends on the package and event setup, so tell us which formats matter most when you request your quote.
A smooth celebration
Setup & event day
Is an attendant included?
Wedding, Party, Corporate, and Glam Booth packages include a professional attendant. Digital Drop-Off and Selfie Booth packages are self-guided and do not include an attendant unless one is added by quote. Off the Grid staffing is confirmed with the location plan.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The ideal footprint depends on the booth style, backdrop, printer, props, and guest flow. Before the event, we confirm placement with you or the venue and review nearby walls, walkways, access points, and any space limitations so the setup feels comfortable and safe.
Does the booth need power or internet?
Standard package requirements vary by setup. The Off the Grid Experience is specifically planned to run on batteries and power banks and can capture without internet. Live sharing waits until a connection is available, and we confirm the complete power and connectivity plan before event day.
Do setup and breakdown count against our event hours?
Your scheduled coverage is the time the booth is available to guests. We coordinate arrival, setup, and breakdown separately based on the venue access plan. Please tell us about loading windows, stairs, elevators, parking, security, or strict vendor times before the event.
Can the booth be set up outdoors?
Outdoor events may be possible when there is a level, protected setup area and a safe weather plan. Direct sun, heat, wind, rain, moisture, and uneven ground can affect equipment and image quality, so venue conditions and backup placement must be confirmed in advance.
What happens to photos when there is no internet?
With an approved Off the Grid plan, captures are stored locally during the event. Live text, email, QR, and cloud sharing may not be available on-site; the gallery is prepared after the equipment reconnects.

Post-event delivery depends on the package. Select packages include an online gallery, while guests can use instant sharing during the event when that feature is included. We will confirm the delivery and access details in your proposal.
